I need to get on track I have a wedding dress to fit into 119 days. That should be enough motivation bur it doesn't seem to be. I am going to push myself to do some kettle bell workout. Nothing huge but I need to tone up some middle and arms. Maybe start walking or get back on my evil bike. Need to be pushed still slowing down on the wheat but I know I can do better

Do you already have the dress? If so, hang it somewhere where you see it everyday like on the back of your closet door. You open the closet and you see it. That way it is a constant reminder that you need to get moving.

No still shopping the one I want won't fit if I don't lose about 5 inches I'm trying hard
