The myth about carbs being bad.
Well for all of you that think Carbs are bad well... you have to rethink a little bit. Carbs are necessary for our daily life. Cutting them down to extreme can cause you bad things like being tired allways, losing weight but not losing fat and stuff like that.
I will make a fast carb list so you can difference from good to bad carbs.
Bad Carbs:
White Bread Pasta White Rice sugar cereal etc..
Good Carbs:
Brown Rice Whole Grain Products like (bread, crackers) Brown Rice oatmeal etc
Complex carbs + good source of protein and fiber(vegetables) = healthy way of life.
