Feeling good. Got more protein today, things are moving I love how I feel when I'm not eating too much wheat. I am ok with the small amounts in creams and stuff. It seems like the first part of me to lose weight is my hands... really I didn't need to lose it from there 😊

It's better than nothing. Weight comes off in the order that you put it on. Therefore, if you are losing on your hands, that was the last area to gain it.
