Wow even eating more than I thought I should wasn't too much. I ate a ton of bread and other wheat. Oh well tomorrow will be a day of cleaning walking up and down stairs and lots of movement!

Forgot to log the Ice Cream, now I'm over. 😞 first red squares I have seen

You are way to hard on yourself. You know placing undo stress about eating on yourself can sabotage your efforts. Take a deep breath, let it out. Now do it again. Use these red squares as motivation not a stressor. You are not bad you are only human. These red squares will motivate you to take the stairs a couple of extra times to work off that ice cream. Have a great day!

I agree with Kathy. But also have a couple of suggestions. I'm in my 60's and have lost over 35 lbs in the last couple of years. My first suggestion is to get your thyroid back in line by taking Iodine Plus-2. You can read about it at www.IodinePlus.com I've been taking it for over a year and I swear it's made a big difference. Also read the book: FLAT BELLY DIET by Liz Vaccariello. She really goes into the sugar factor, especially hidden sugars. Another great read is LOSE THE WHEAT, LOSE THE WIGHT! by Wm Davis. Both will change your attitude about what you eat. And believe me - losing the weight is fun fun fun and feels sooo good.
