Reminded again how out of shape I am! Just did the Biggest Loser game on Kinect. Lasted 13 minutes. Started to hurt to breathe, so I thought I better stop. I am not completely over this cold, I am thinking thats to blame. That and the asthma. Ill do longer next time!
Now off to test the willpower again. Meeting some friends for dinner/drinks for a birthday celebration. Its time to learn to be social without going overboard.
