Most Sundays I allow myself to have a high carb brunch of cereal and english muffin with butter, pb&j. Not sure if I ever recorded it before, but wow, that is a lot of carbs. Think I will have to change my Sunday brunch from now on.

Isnt it amazing how many carbs some foods have??? I didnt realize how many carbs I used to eat until i started Atkins and recording it...i was eating about 300-400grams of carbs a day!!!! It has taken me a full month to get used to my weekend breakfasts being all protein and fat with the only carbs being veggies...but boy what a difference in how i feel and my body. Have a great day!!

I think cutting out the cereal altogether would be best. And have your English muffin without the jelly and peanut butter. That will only be 30 carbs instead of 94. If it's still too high, you can only eat half of one, but I think it's still okay to be less strict every week or so.
