I'm having a hard time tonight. I'm STARVING right now and I'm already at about 1600 calories. And it's only 5:20pm. I've got at least another 6 hours before I go to bed. How am I supposed to resist stuffing my face until then?! Grr... I hate feeling hungry!

Did you up your protein to fill you up? or is it fiber? Oh are you on that detox? go to bed early? lol try nonfat greek yogurt?

Lots of fiber and protein today. Well, not a LOT of protein, but enough. I'm not sure what the deal is.

gnite. lol no, you prob are hungry. Drink water, if that does not satisfy you then have something light, toast. Carbs will make you crave more so up the protien.
