GOOOOOOOOOD SATURDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...woke up to a chilling 0 outside this morning after it being 37 yesterday an sunny...suppose to be sunny again today an tomarrow with temps in the mid 40s both days...that snow will be disappearing slowly...ive been noticing my sweats have been gettin loser so yesterday i tried on the 42 jeans, and they are so very close to being able to be buttoned...so close so far away...but i kno im losing in inches as the 44s are now so lose that i can wear a pair of sweat pants under them an be comfy...such a great feeling to kno its comin off one way or another...went to the gym yesterday an got 30 min on hill prog. on recumbant bike, 30 on highest incline on treadmill, and another 15 min on hill program on recumbant bike...then after lunch did a 20 min walk inside...felt great to get back into the habit...but today is saturday and il be gettin my exercise on the floor doing crunches an leg lifts and just gettin stretches done...today is also cook food ahead an stay ahead on that...makes it easier then cookin it up on the spur of the moment..less chances of pickin up something and snackin on it...mom made a chocolate cake yesterday...she had been hinting that she wanted to have something around the house to snack on at night, but i didnt need any temptations...so she finally made one yesterday...and yes i had a piece...and yes it was good...but for some reason it just didnt taste as good as i expected...im sure if i gave in an had more..it would grow on me again...but im tryin my best to just look at it and walk away...im hopin she decides to give part of it away to the neighbor, then it wont be around for that long...with it being warmer today might go outside today an chip on the ice under the snow on the drive an help it melt faster...maybe see more of the drive sooner and it will get me outta the house an away from the tv and the computer..and i will be up an burnin calories...well..guess i need to get up an move..almost breakfast time again...havent had anything to eat in 12 hours...and tummy is talkin to me..lol...as i usually dont eat anything after supper...i do drink water up until i go to bed, but i stop eating once supper is over...i do have jello some nights, but i dont consider that any calories...well hope everyone is enjoyin the weekend!!!...have a great day...

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

Morning, twin! You got a great workout yesterday! Good for you! Stay away from that chocolate cake. You don't want to get used to that stuff! It will keep you from buttoning those 42's!

Man! That chocolate cake sounds tempting. You are so smart to cook and plan food ahead of time. That is a strategy for success! This Valentine's Day season is another "cupcake" time of year for me! Geeeez! Every week we have someone's birthday at work, a special event, a holiday, or a celebration of some kind. That fact makes the workplace tough! Hope everything thaws out at your place soon! The sun is shining so bright here. We just had a beautiful walk in the snow! cparker is right about the Size 42's! There is your motivation right there!

thanks everyone!!...got my chicken boiled ahead for salads for the next week, got my lunches made up in plastic containers and in the freezer...an in a few i will go bck into the kitchen to refill my plastic container with cheerios so that in the morning all i have to do is take it outta the cabinet and its ready for me...once spring gets here an im back to walkin in the mornings an afternoons on a regular basis, it saves time and its easier then standin ther an havin to think about what to eat...

Chocolate cake? HMMMMM... Smaller pants size.... HMMMMM. Let's see, chocolate cake will be gone in a few seconds, but the pants will be around a lot longer than that! You are doing such a great job. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!

true on the pants being around for alot longer...lol...ive done really well with the cake, only had that first piece and since then havent touched it...sure have looked at it..but thats all...its over half gone an i can actually say i only had one piece out of a 7x12 pyrex square container...im pretty proud of myslf...im winnin the war on junk food...well this week anyways...lol..
