I would love to hit my RDI BY 100 , I go over almost every day & my carbs are 30 % more then there suppose too be Lord I need your Mercy & power
Lord to stay with in my limits <3
I'm grateful to you Lord for helping me say no to foods that arnt on my list now I come to you again for HELP ,,

Have you thought about cutting wheat out of your diet? I did that and found that my RDI runs about 500 under what it did before.
