It is great to see where your progress lies and where your demise began.The weight chart history tells all. The key to progress is journaling and being accountable for every morsel you put in your mouth.They add up big time.Any [progress is progress.Perspective is important.Any day you are not 6 feet under is a good day.There are so many others far worse. One day at a time. Be nice to everyone and do something nice FOR someone even if it is something simple like opening a door.Change YOU and you change the world.
