Worked out for about an hour Saturday.. I was out of town saturday night and most of the day sunday. there was absolutely NOTHING healthy to eat where I was at (brotherinlaws very beautiful mansion of a house in the middle of nowhere. and I cheated on my diet... big time. II still ate salad. I still avoided soda. HOWEVER..... He has a movie theater room that is fully stocked with every snack you can imagine, There was nothing to do except watch lots of movies. and eat. junk food. hershey kisses, kitkats, reeses, potato chips, cupcakes, and peanut m&ms. I only ate a little bit of it... (In comparison to how much more I wanted to eat) But I am soooo afraid to step on the scale and face the consequences tomorrow morning. Tomorrow is going to be a payback day. Im going to the gym to log my 10 miles... And maybe try and burn off some of those guilty calories that probably ruined all my hard work over the past almost 3 weeks!!! Why?!?! My goal was to lose 2 lbs this week. Weigh in is tuesday so right now I am just hoping my weight didnt increase from last week. I hope everyone else is having a better weekend than me!
((((Hug))))

One little step back does not mean that we are back to old habits and back to the bad way of doing things. You were faced with a challenge and you did the best that you could do. The very important thing about this experience is that you were placed right in the middle of something and recognized that is was bad. I know in the past if I was put in the same situation I would not have even seen it as bad, I would have seen it as wow this is great. So it was not a set back it was a great lesson.

If you enjoyed your visit, no sweat. Doubt if your snacking ruined 3 weeks of dieting.
