Hello friends! I just wanted to say that today I discovered something truly AMAZING!!! something that I have been missing out on for my entire life!!! Something... Life changing :). Hold your breath.... I am so nice that I am going to share with you this amazing discovery.... Drum roll..... Da da da dahhh.... Do you feel the suspense? Maybe I shouldnt tell you. You are all going to think I am crazy haha. Okay here goes.... I am talking about a ceramic cooking pan. LOL!!!! OMG I am in LOOOOOOVVVVEEEE!! I know that sounds funny but I am sooo serious! All this time I though I was a horrible cook (lol... Well the jury is still out on that... ). but last night I purchased my very first ceramic pan (I was going to buy the orgreenic pan but got a walmart ceramic pan for half the price instead... I am frugal!) and for lunch today I made shrimp and broccoli. normally Id have to put blobs of butter to keep it from sticking but I cooked with literally no sprays, oils, or butter. I only added some seasoning. And when I finished cooking everything slid right off the pan onto my plate. Nothing stuck behind, it just slid right off... Like magic! I think this is going to really help me start cooking healthier... And better ;) Like I said I didnt buy an expensive one, didnt even get a name brand just the walmart mainstay brand and I can slap myself for never trying it before. Anyone want my entire set of old name brand "nonstick" pans???? Nonstick my butt! I am donating those crappy things to the thrift shop and buying a whole set of ceramic pans. I cant belive I have been kept in the dark so long. I am no longer a cavewoman!!!! Seriously this is my recommendation for the day... If you are like me and have been cooking with calorie laden oils and butter or cooking spray (ps.... basically oil on a can) to keep food from sticking to the pan... Go out and buy a $10 ceramic pan and give it a try. ((((Hugs!!!))))

Soooo... here I am at 6am saturday morning curled up in the fetal position on my bathroom floor typing.the journal on my phone since my ipad is in the bedroom (and even though its just upstairs it feels like a zillion miles away) Ive been here since about 4am when I was awoken by nausea and sharp stabbing stomach pains in addition to severe bloating. Im feeling too naseous.to move but getting bored of looking at the paper towel that missed the trash can and at the walls which I meant to repaint in the summer but procrastinated and forgot to (I even bought the paint) ! I have sooo much planned for today... was gonna take toddler to bounce-u (many assorted bouncy houses and fun all indoors) then my teenage daughter has a end of season basketball team party to go to at 1. I need to make a deposit at the bank today so I can pay my paypal acct. I planned to workout at the gym... to visit my mother-in-law and bring her ceramics to paint (shes in her 80s and wheel chairbound and that is the one hobby she enjoys.) I was going to clean up around my house a bit since relatives are stopping by early tonight to take my teen daughter to watch a game with her cousin. Here is my new revised plan. Get off the floor, take a shower. Crawl upstairs. Sleep all wknd until I feel better. Its times like this I wish my 17yr old had his drivers license. He has his permit... but he is not ready to drive solo.... well anyhow.... hopefully I can at least lose sime weight from this Stomach virus or whatever is killing me right now (fingers crossed)

Yay me! LOL I am grateful for several things today. First my ipad mini just needed a new charger, so I can FINALLY get back on fat secret alot more again... It was too time consuming on my cell :). I missed reading everyones journals so I may go back and do some catchup reading so I know what is going on with all of you <3 <3 second, I am soooooooo Glad to have my weight go down after last weeks up! I had a bad week mentally and scale-wise last week (gained weight) so I am happy to report that my weight is down this week to 165.3. This diet (lifestyle change) has been like a slow roller coaster ride of ups and downs. Luckily Im having mostly downs and only a few ups. I am going downhill now and it feels awesome! I am feeling motivated to set some new goals!!!! (These are subject to change but just a guideline for me to strive for!)
Goal #1) weigh in at 160 by march 29th (hubbys bday)... This is gonna be a tough one but Im up for the challenge.
Goal #2) 155 by april 28th (my 3rd childs bday)
Goal #3) 153 by May 9th ( 4th childs bday and date of family minitrip to maryland)
Goal #4) 145 by june 7th (last day of school for kids)
Goal#5) 140 by july 4th
Goal#6) 135 by august 30th... My birthday!!!! I will be....... 37.... Shhhh! I plan on telling everyone else I will be 33 haha... Just kidding... Maybe ;)
Goal#7) 130 by october 1
Goal#8) 125 by november 27th. (My firstborn child turns 18!)
Weigh-in: 165.3 lb lost so far: 16.2 lb still to go: 40.3 lb Diet followed reasonably well

Shame on me! Lol I gained weight. I actually gained TWO pounds because halfway through the week I had lost a pound and didnt record it. I know exactly why and I will say I know the catalysts. Over the wknd my hubbys niece's 2 terrors came from NY and we were basically just told we were babysitting them. Their mom is a real B****!!!! I dont like her, and her kids... while I do love them... Are m.o.n.s.t.e.r.s. the 9yr old. Is the worst. He steals our stuff. He messes with my toddler. And he actually smacked my 13yr old in the face. My 13yr old could have kicked his butt.... But my kids are not like that. I have pretty awesome kids! But I told my son... Next time... He better give that kid a black and blue eye if he ever tries to touch my son again. My hubby wont tell the mom, he told me to let it go. Look I am tired of this crap and especially of their mom... She needs a good hard butt whopping and I wouldn't mind being the one to do it.... My army and karate training should come in handy against that wilderbeast!!!! (Shes alot taller and bigger than me and a roughneck from NY so... Shes actually pretty scary hahaha ). but seriously guys.... I Would never show up at someones house and throw my kids at them to watch. That is rude... family or not. She does this randomly and once even left them with us for 2 weeks in the summer. Anyhow this is no excuse for my weight gain... I am an emotional eater... And I very emotionally ate ALOT of really unhealthy crap over the wknd. My measurements are good though. Arms 12 (same) waist 37 (same) hips 40.5 (minus .5) thighs 23(same)
