Good day good day!
Been good...been bad. I must say I LOVE the being bad part...lol and don't we all?! I'm hangin' tuff...up 2 lbs...I think that's pretty darn good considering all that went down these last few weeks. I have no second thoughts on getting them off...I'll do it by next week! You'll see!
Hope all's well with my rockin' fs buddies! I'm gonna check around and see how you're all hangin' with your 'healthy life style' changes.

FINALLY otta the deep freeze here and got to 20+ degrees!!! Heat wave I say...whew!!! I only wore a light hoodie out there today! NICE!! Better than the -35 we had last week..YIKES!

Up 2 lbs. is not bad at all, Girl! We've been getting really cold weather around here too....not quite -35 degrees though....brrrr. It's going up to 35 today and it's going to feel like a heat wave to me too! Isn't it funny how our body adjusts to the weather? Nice to see you here! Come around more often, Girlfirend!
