Oh my goodness TOM is on its way and I can feel the cravings coming on strong chocolate and salty crackers

The schedule them into your schedule so you don't end up binging on them. There is nothing wrong with some chocolate and salty crackers in motivation. Measure out a serving, count the calories, and enjoy! TOM doesn't give many breaks, so give yourself one!

Thanks Kathy I think I might have made it through the first day with just a little overage but I really need to get back on track and count better i can tell I have been eating smaller portions and can feel it when I over eat. But I still need to work on some things
