so far the Atkins diet is working for me...its only been over a week and down 4lbs....next weigh in isnt until Thursday. I have to admit the induction stage offers very little choice but seeing the weight decrease is an amazing thing.
No amount of exercise over the past year has done a damn thing...it truly is 80% what you stick in your mouth...especially over 40!!
