Last night I did some "emotional eating." I was upset so I went out and got a chili cheese dog, fries, and a mudslide sundae. Ugh. I didn't even enjoy it. I felt guilty and it tasted wrong and I couldn't wait to get back on my healthy diet.

I'm so glad you said this. I have done this so many times, and even as I take every bite, it tastes, as you said, "wrong". It's not even fun. You can't even enjoy it for five seconds. Thank you for sharing this. Your thoughts meant so much to me, a stranger, so please keep sharing and be strong.
