I thought I would continue to loss, but I did not this week. I will not get discourage because I know as you get closer to your goal the harder it will be to loss the weight. The positive side is I did not gain any weight.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 197.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
