I am really proud of myself! After running some errands, my boyfriend and I stopped at Chipotle. I usually get a veggie burrito (including rice, gauc, and sour cream) and totally chow down on it. But today, I got the veggie salad with NO sour cream, NO rice, and NO gaucamole (that was a HUGE step for me)! When we brought the food home, I went online and checked the nutritional values of the salad, and it said that the vinaigrette dressing had 260 calories! WOW! So I threw the Chipotle viniagrette away and added my own balsamic viniagrette (2 tbsp = 60 calories) to the salad! And I added a small bowl of fruit and fat free cottage cheese to the side, so overall it was delicious and nutrious! I feel like I am getting the hang of this!
