I've just been looking at my weight history and the last one says i'm losing 4lbs a week. Okay then! Reading further and it has been 3.5lbs a week. I was only aiming for 2lbs a week but this is okay i suppose. What i dont want is to lose muscle or get too fatigued and be setback. I really want to build some upper body muscle through climbing but that will take money I don't have. Next option is the gym, a slightly cheaper option.
I used to do gymnastics when younger and I have gym rings coming with my things from the US. When i get sorted i want to set the rings somewhere i can train on them. I'm really into self sufficient training rather than paying a gym.
