Soo..I've decided not to weighin for a week, since Aunt Flow is harassing me, Tom is here, and Mother Nature's gift has arrived. ugh. Retaining so much water my joints are aching this time around and I just feel like Sh**. It's amazing what a few extra pounds of fluid does to your body.

Went to a small party last night and had some delicious cupcakes (one regular sized one, and 2 mini ones) Also drank about 1 glass of wine, ate some veggies, and sausage balls. All in all it was a good time. :)

And I don't have much more time to write this, my sister is harassing me to get some clothes on, and go to the store with her. >.< Just want to stay home, take some midol and hybernate til the end of the week. So a little trip to the grocery store, coming home to Chicken soup from scratch. Yum. And the rest of the day reading a romance novel and taking care of my little monster.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 December 2010:

It seems like Mother Nature is harassing a lot of us. Hope your joints feel better. I'm cramping pretty badly but some ibuprofen and dark chocolate will probably help me. I'm trying to get out of the habit of wanting to just hibernate during my tom. Hope you have fun at the store :)

Yeah, I read about a few people having similar issues. I've been having chocolate and caffine to help battle my symptoms. But it's not helping much. -__- I feel for you on the Cramp issue, I'm in the same boat. :( Ready for next week to be here, the water weight to drop, and my energy to return. Thanks for comisarating with me. It's good to know your not alone going through it all.
