Today has been a rather good day. I did work out, but not for long. I can't breath. The weather here in Houston is going bonkers on my body. This morning I had my ceral with almond milk. I love almond milk. Anyways, about a hour later I took my vitamin. I would say within 20 minutes, the vitamin caused me to be nauseated. I ended up throwing up my ceral. Now yesterday I did take a vitamin, but it was right before my meal. I was fine all day. So I am thinking I can't wait to take my vitamin, but to do it right before or after my meal.
I am going to do some sit ups tonight.
