After a startling experience yesterday I realised I had better straighten up with my eating. No matter what I need to start carrying some sort of food on my at all times just like my medication. The only thing that saved me was I was in the hospital when it happened. I'm sure it was a combination of stress, lack of sleep and not eating properly.
So I'm going to keep track of my food and see if that will help! I don't need luck right now I need a miracle. :)
