Good bye summer and hello fall. not much has changed except the number on the scale going up and my waist line joining it. Who knew that you had to literally make yourself physically sick on junk food before you can say " okay enough of that!" Just like laziness creeps up on you when you would rather exercise your eyes reading a good book then actually getting your ass out and doing something. Well this is all a true story, and as I have written it I then can change it.
