Feeling much better today. Maybe I can concentrate and get something done at work today. Still have a cough but not to bad.

Got to the 24 hour gym on Monday and signed up. I think I am really going to like it. I had intended to go early yesterday morning but was so tired so opted to sleep. So, instead I went last night at 9:00 and walked the treadmill for 30 mins. It is nice to have the freedom to come and go as I please and I had the whole gym to myself which was really nice. I signed a three year contract to get the lower monthly price so I better get my butt in gear and get dedicated to going even if it is at 9:00 every night. I must say I did sleep a lot better and I didn't have any leg cramps last night like I usually do.

good job getting signed up and sleeping better is probably a very welcome relief. Getting a good nights sleep is so important to both our physical and mental well being. Exercise seems to help with lots of things.
