So trying to get it together. Sunday is primarily my break from excercise. It's so hard for me to make sure I eat especially when I don't feel like eating. Trying to get the calories in where they are healthy is so overwhelming to me. Also the excercise, the eating, the planning Ughhh! Hopefully tomorrow is better. Getting apprehensive about weigh in on Nov 3,hoping I lost something and trying to remember slow and steady, don't know why I want to pull off those great big numbers. Ughhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!
