was reading again an found a site with free ebooks on fitness... here is the link i downloaded several of them but havent read them all...im sure its only a short version of the book, but if its that good you can always google the book an then get the isbn number using amazon.com and go to the library an read it for free...just a thought...here is the link for the page...
