Well yesterday was a bit of a struggle. I had a headache and I felt so tired. I really think that it is from be coming down from the sugar high. This morning I feel a little better. Hopefully I will feel like I have more energy as the day progresses. I did stay under my RDI and I did decrease my carbs from what I was eating so that is a good sign. I also drank 10 cups of water so that is getting better. I did not exercise on the treadmill but I did do some cleaning. Today my intent is to keep the RDI below the recommended RDI and also reduce the carbs some more - I will aim to eat no more than 45 carbs. I will also clean some more and do a little bit of exercise - at the very least go to the gym and get a weight session in. I feel like I am getting back on track! Thanks God!
