Okkkkk made it through day 1! Only cravings were in the evening/night when I would normally go to the frig for a handful of nuts or seeds. I know that is healthy but not the servings I would grab! So instead made a cup of herb tea or drink more water. Gee no wonder I kept waking up to go potty!
Today I put that BOX named IT (scale) in the closet. Out of sight! My coach recommended I wait until at least a week, preferably after the 10 day cleansing phase or even the full 24 day challenge. So we shall see. I did do my measurements today and they are high, but will measure again after the 24 day. I will rely on my clothes to tell me how I'm doing. Which is what I prefer anyway. I haven't decided if I'm going to post the photos here or list my measurements.
Today will be a busy day. I have to make a weeks worth of lunches for my mom and also plan and package (at least as much as I can) my meals so I won't be caught off guard or not prepared during the busy work week. I was going to try to go on a 4 day weekend away next weekend, but now I don't know if that will be possible. Since I might be the one in charge of my mom. I really need to get away and have some time for myself. In the past that use to worry me, about going away and not being able to stay on my woe. But last time I did and was able to keep it in line so I don't think that will be a problem. As long as I am prepared. That is the name of the game now. AND I have to keep remembering that what goes into my mouth is FUEL for my body and how I feel is so much better when I fuel it with clean nourishment! OH the other thing that will keep me busy today is I'm bringing mom to a play preview today. It is something that our little local playhouse puts on at the beginning of the new season. It does little clips of each upcoming play, live and it is so much fun. BUT they are serving refreshments so I'm going to bring in my own little snack and also eat before to avoid temptation! ALSO I do want to get my beach walk in and do laundry, maybe vacuum and mop my apartment. WHEW, I better get busy! Been awake since 2am but not moving much yet!
