Day 2 of Lemonade begins. I am really surprised I have not had any headaches. I definitely felt a little sluggish yesterday, so I did not do my usual intensely crazy workout. Instead swam for 30 min. Feeling good this AM, however my tummy is rumbling and I'm feeling an office visit coming soon - gross, I know, but my body is so full of gross stuff! I can't believe people do this for 10 days or more....3 seems good to me!
