Oky first week down... not to bad.. i didnt exercise at all though! But i have drastically changed my eating, made different choices and recorded every morsel that hit my mouth! except saturday.. i decided to "take a break" buy just not recording what i ate to kinda give me a day to breath... but i still did not do bad. back to my food diary this morning. Feeling good about this week... gonna add some morning stretching.. i hope

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 August 2013:

WHYYYY i dont feel like exercising??? LOL its like a bad word or something! I will never reach my goal if i don't! Thank God, I can try again tomorrow

Lucky for me when I don't feel like going I know it will cost me $15! The gym where I box has limited size classes, so if you don't show up (which means that someone would of been able to take your spot) they charge you the drop in class fee. Let me tell ya, it makes you go! If you're not going to be able to go you have to cancel 12hours before to not be charged. Thus the lack of "I dont' want to go today" at the last minute. It really helps. But, past that information: Start slow. Park farther away from work or the store. Mix up the things on your grocery list so you have to go back and forth around the store. Personally I have to sign up for classes to make me do it. Can't seem to find the gumption to be lucky enough to just "do it on my own" like some friend's I have. Plus I have developed friends in my classes that make me accountable for showing up. Don't stop trying to exercising! Remember it is the hardest habit to get into, and thus the easiest to stop. So keep on pushing, you'll get there!
