so its not even 8am yet and already this is turning into a very funny day!
It all started this morning........i decided to do another weigh in to start mapping my weight fluctuations during the month after a shock kg gain at the beginning of the week. i jumped on the scales (not literally) breathed in and out and looked down ready for whatever they said or so i thought...146.9 KG!!!!!!!!! i was definitely not ready for that :?. so i get off reset them and try again...even worse 148.2 kg!!! i'm thinking there might be something wrong with my scales at least i hope so or somehow i've managed to gain 50 kg overnight. (although i am a little tempted to record it and then feel really pleased as i lose a huge amount at my next weigh in!)
but as i'm sure it happens with everyone there's always that little voice at the back of your head nagging that maybe the scales are now right and have been broken up until now. i mean you haven't noticed any change in your body shape so maybe you are just a fatty....
So off i go on my normal morning walk and thinking to myself maybe i should push harder what if the scales right etc etc so i decide to pick up the pace a little..Big Mistake.. all i'm going to say is that it turns out that maybe i need to purchase a belt ;) ...i'll leave the rest to your imagination................
