I'm just starting to diet again. I just can't seem to get down to my 1000 calories. That's how I lose 50 pounds, and walking of course. I'm eating between 1300 and 1500. I was hoping to at least start with 1000 to 1200. I guess I should relax and be happy it's not like it was. I wanted the food or drink, so I got it. I can even image how many calories I ate. I just know that the weight came back on a hell of a lot faster than when it came off. Ugh. 18 pounds down and 70 to go. It's the little steps. The 5 pounds lost, the getting under 200. Short term goals. I have to keep remembering that.
