Grr..By accident I walked down to the CVs and bought a REGULAR Mountain Dew, rather than DIET! I am out of money and out of time so my only option was drink MORE water or use points. What a waste of points! (But it does taste good! :))

i dont know how you can drink diet dew it is nasty, i give you kudos for at least walking there it is a plus, i have learned to be very discliped at what i eat it is hard for the first couple of weeks now i can handle what i eat and drink. i hate water so i find unique ways to add stuff there.

I don't love water either. Sometimes I "choke" it down. What do you suggest?

I am lucky in the fact that I always have like water and drink alot anyway.. but now that is pretty much all I am drinking and it does get boring.
Have you tried adding a slice of Lemon or Lime to your water, Or carbonated water? I have tried the lemon and the flavor just seems a little bit off to me, I think I am missing the sweet... however I have a friend who just loves it, especially in carbonated water. I have not had carbonated water in some time so I am thinking of trying that again soon.
Oh, another thing you could do is try a different temp. Personally ice cold water taste better to me, but some people prefer room temp. Ok.. this is a long enough comment. I hope these ideas helped!
