Okay, you know it's summer and it's hot and humid when you don't move much and you eat garbage! The chip monster found me this weekend! Lots of chips. But I recorded it all down which I'm not proud of that I ate it but if I'm going to put it in my mouth then I have to track the calories!! Hence the high amount of calories this weekend!! Aww! New week, back to eating better and working out. It's going to be a hot week here in Southern Ontario! I have plans to get out at lunch time and still go for a run. It just maybe a slow jog for 2.5 k though. Maybe in the evenings I can do a bit more. I'm getting soo close now to the weight loss goal. But if I can lose this week then at least I can maintain. I will reach the goal one of these days!!

I had lots of chips too! 2 cookouts Saturday and Mexican yesterday! New week, new eating is right. You got this! You will reach your goal soon. Kudos to you for running in the humidity. I keep saying I'm going to walk during my lunch hour, but then I go outside and it's so hot and humid, I don't!

Managed to get a 3.5 k jog in at lunch time. Took it slow as it is very humid outside! Our office is sooo cold that it took me half way thru the run before I even felt remotely warmed up!! Now to get back to work...have no ambition today!
