I had another good day at getting in the exercise. Feels great and I think I am getting out of the rut. Walking, video, loads of crunches and lunges!!! And yes I am feeling the pain... pain is good right:-)
I have planned out my meals for the week and getting a balance of foods and staying around 1350. I feel that the change will help keep me motivated and committed.
