So, I think the scales lied to me yesterday. Because with what I ate last night and all day yesterday, there's NO freaking way I could have gained 3 pounds in one day!! I even exercised yesterday, so I'm confused.. I know I know.. it can take days for some "effects" to take place, but I've been eating rather well, except for the pieces of dark chocolate I've been having.. Could it be water weight? I've had a bit too much salt added into the meals, maybe?

Ugh.. and I think that extra cup of coffee is making me MEGA jittery, and I feel an attack coming from the snack monster. Seems like being jittery sends my body into overdrive "must eat this, snack on that.." BLAH to you you stupid monster. I already have a monster to deal with, and that's my son who's refusing to nap right now..even though he's been up since 5:30AM..
