Night terrors are no fun.. especially ALL night long. Seems like scary/weird dreams were the themes for the night, because I had one that leaves me kind of sad. Ehh, they're just dreams. Needless to say, I didn't get very much deep sleep. And then, to top it ALL off, Owen was up this morning at 5:30A. Not a number I usually see on the clock. I had my coffee and made Owen his breakfast.. and I helped myself to breakfast, not even thinking about working out. That's okay though. I have the rest of the day to do so, and I might do it during Owen's nap, or go on a walk with him.
I hate being a zombie in the morning. I like staying in bed as long as it's dark outside.. :) Man, and to think, not even 3 years ago, I was a night owl. Not so much anymore. These past nights though, I've been going to bed when Owen goes to bed. I "pretend" to go to sleep to influence Owen (which it does)..and then I end up passing out.
I don't even wanna get on the scale this morning.. I might take a break from it today, and just look tomorrow. I over ate last night, even if my meal was healthful. AND then I ate before weighing. so, blah to that idea.
And the ONLY thing I hate about the seasons switching around here is that the pollen count gets to me SOO bad, every morning. I wake up sneezing.
