END OF MONTH UPDATE Highest weight 112.4 Lowest weight 108.6 Today 110.4 No high carb day in March Holding my weight here in keto land. Everything is pretty stable. Eating mostly low carb and will continue as long as possible. So far so good. I had planned to eat off plan in March as daughter had birthday but we elected not to travel so that did not work out. Saving it up for another time Exercise at home is going pretty good. Always have to work on motivation. Running seems to be cancelled today. It is really snowing. Have to find something cardio on youtube maybe and try a brisk walk. Hope everyone has a nice safe day!!! (whatever day this may be)
