so I didn't make it to 207 still 209 this morning. a little disappointed but I guess its coming off anyway. Its slow and I need to speed it up. I hate working out but I guess I am going to have to work it out!

After you get into a rhythm working out, it actually isn't that bad. Some days require more motivation than others, but you can do it. Pick something you like therefore it is easier to stick with.

Thanks Kathy but unless I can do it at home I'm stuck on my treadmill I do ride dirt bikes but its not a calorie burner but I live about an hours drive from anything it kinda sucks
