I have been getting compliments on my weight loss but the scale does not show it 😞

Are you exercising with weights? Sometimes weight training will tone things up so you look like you lost weight, but you just pulled everything in. That's a good thing because now you have more muscle and you may begin to shed the pounds. Hang in there, you must look better if everyone is complimenting you.
