It's the first day of may! So I have made some personal goals and I'm going to face some challenges head on.
Yesterday I got really bummed out when I tried on some summer clothes and looked like a stuffed sausage in them. It was a wake up call that I have allowed my mental being affect my physical appearance and that I am going to use to fuel my fight back.

Start small and build off it.
As I flush bad thoughts I shall to flush bad stuff out of my system.
Today marks a new day, a new month, and most of all new chance to improve on those areas of my life that have suffered enough!

Ahh a cleanse! Yeah, I hear you, that's where I'm at right now, cleansing. Inside and out! I'm not sure which is a bigger pain, though- clothes being too tight, or too loose. Everything I own is two sizes too large so I look like a clown. I shouldn't complain, but clothes cost money- so I get to continue looking like a clown :( Anyways, I hope you have a great day chica!

But what a dashing clown you are Nat!! :P My clothes being tight is a visual motivation, so instead of goal outfit I now have a goal summer wardrobe.. Lmao. Hugz!!
