So according to my personal plan I am tracking my food again.
I have to fit back into summer clothes as I have no money to replace anything.
Looking at items that show off bulges are not my idea of a good thing.

So yesterday was a good start fpr me. It also helped that it was a gorgeous day and I. Was out and about with my mom and brother. It made me feel good walking with my mom as I know she has also put alittle on during the winter months.

More nice weather today forcasted so more walking in the warm sun for me. :)

YAY good weather! Here it's drizzle and yuck. That's OK though, considering I'm stuck in my office. Hope you have a great day today and no stressing over the clothes. It'll happen!

Use the clothes as motivation but don't let them stress you out.
