I have been working out 6 days a week and still have not lost any weight. What I had noticed is the my clothes fit a little better. What can I do? I walk to a DVD walk jog.

It's hard to say, without seeing a food or exercise diary. These are awesome tools and will show you in no time what's going on. You could have extra calories sneaking in that you aren't even aware of... you could be eating to FEW calories so you're body holds on to everything it can get..... you could be eating too much sodium and retaining water... lots of stuff! I highly recomment the diaries! They are a real eye-opener!

I agree with the prior poster - so many people just pop stuff into their mouths without even thinking about it, and then at the end of the day, its really added up. I also agree with eating to few calories - I know I've had that problem, and it stinks!! Just stick to your WW plan, and make sure to write everything down! Your doing great!!!!
