My name is Colleen, I'm 50 and live in the USA ( Florida). I'm married to a wonderful man and have 3 great boys (23, 24, 28). I did go to ww meetings but had to stop amd all the weight that i lost is back on. I will still use ww but will have to wait to go back to meetings.I will try to do as much as i can by my self. I hope to get some help from friends from Fatsecret. My goal is to take one day at a time eat healthy and get more activity.

Thanks Julie, I will look for the book and work with that. I did go to a endocrineologist and he told me that I will never lose the weight on weight watchers and that I should just give up on that. Well I don't go to see him anymore. I will do what ever I can to do this right. Thanks again.

I have been doing a DVD walk away the pounds (Walk and Jog) for about 2 months 6 days a week and situp 60 a day and my weight has not moved. I have cut back on the amount of food I eat. I only drink water and unsweeten ice tea.I'm a Diabetic on Insulin. I eat Lean Cuisine at lunch most days and at dinner I eat what ever the family has but less. I'm at a loss at what to do next. Can someone please help. ThanksQuestion
