I am 28 years old, and the largest I have ever been. I am working really hard to get back on track and stay there. I have tried everything out there, pills, shakes, not eating, eating low fat, low carb...and it all works, until the motivation factor kicks in, then I gain it all back, vicious cycle.

not so good
Everyone has those days, Ive been having those days everyday for the past 10 years, which is why I am here Laughing

I found that with most of the diets, pills, and whatever other techniques I have tried over the years, they all seemed to work, until I lost motivation, and gained it all back. I was so sick and tired of repeating this over and over again, not to mention I'm sure it isnt good for my body...

Recenly a friend sent me this website, www.livewellsupport.tsfl.com
He along with his sister and Uncle have lost 40-60lbs each following the plan, using the tools they have, and also using their own wellness coach (you get contact with one through the plan as well) It is really motivating, and its working great for me.

Just a suggestion, if you would like to check it out.

Trying to lose weight
The problem that I personally have found is that there are way too many quick fixes out there. You loose the weight, you look and feel good beacuase you "did it!" but its only a matter of time before it is all back. Recently I have talked to a few friends that started doing this diet www.livewellsupport.tsfl.com
and they have all been successful with it. It gives you the tools you need to lose weight the right way, shows results, and for me, it has even lifted my spirit and motivation. Check it out. Might not hurt to try.

NEW CONCEPT DIETING
I have been on many diets in the past, tried everything from pills, to not eating, and though it did work temporarily, the long term effects made it worse than when I began.
