Well, this weekend... sucked, diet wise. Saturday, my mother, my son and I went to the World's Longest Yard sale (the portion that runs through Alabama). Did tons of walking, but did more driving. Didn't eat all that wonderfully.. I even had Pizza hut pasta for dinner, Burger King breakfast wrap for B-fast, and icecream for a snack. Yeah.. the scales didn't like my excursion. Did I workout yesterday to counterbalance? Hell no, I didn't. I got SOOO sunburned that doing any of the arms movements would have not made it any enjoyable. Plus, I was still mega exhausted..

I didn't workout this morning either, but I plan on doing so when Owen's down for his nap this morning. I didn't like what I saw on the scale this morning, so I think I'll be taking a walk later on in the evening with my son, and working out this morning.. and keep on doing so every day this week. Can't slack too much. 2 days of doing it made a gain of almost 4 pounds. That's scary. It also shows how much refined sugars and not so healthy breads have an effect on my body. That part is VERY scary.

Well, I'm off to get beaten up by my toddler.. I may update later..lol

hey there! i know exactly how you feel. I went on vacation with a few of my friends and for the last 5 days, my food choices have not been fabulous! I'm sure today will be the start to a great week for you and I both! Have a wonderful day with your son!!!

We all slip from time to time--I'm glad to see that you're not allowing that to keep you from getting back on the horse. I've had several indiscretions over the past few weeks, and realized that I was trying to slip into old eating habits, and have gone back to Phase 1. It's great that you're finding ways to fit exercise into what I must imagine is a very busy life. Keep up the good work!
