Today was 1 hour! [2.8 miles]

I'm on a roll!

I feel GREAT!

Ham [only 2 oz.,] Cabbage, and carrots [with a boiled potato] for dinner tonight! YUMMM!

Blueberries on sale for 99 cents/half pint... I LOVE BLUEBERRIES!

So sweet and full of antioxidants! DELICIOUS!
