Well...hopefully back on track as far as food is concerned. The massive empty feeling in the pit of my stomach last weeks seems to have dissipated. I hope! I hated walking around hungry all day long and then over-eating after days of feeling so hungry. I hope it's gone...Anyway, Sat. I did nothing. Seriously. Barely moved from the sofa all day long, but ate like a maniac - grazed all day long. Never felt "full", or even satisfied until late that evening. So not good for weight loss and probably a big reason I'm still stuck here. So yesterday I did Sat's workout that frankly, I knew I could and should do on Sat. It was cardio recovery and though lengthy, involves no cardio and burns very few calories. So I did it yesterday and am back on track. Well, actually, I've adjusted the track! Two more Insanity workouts until a day off and the the recovery week. SO looking forward to it, although I don't know what that workout entails. Let's just hope for the sake of my knees it doesn't involve pliometrics.

Headachy today...too much wine yesterday, but a fun afternoon spent with my husband, playing in the pool, drinking wine and then vegging in front of the TV later with some nice ribeyes. Sure it's not great for the diet, but it was nice.

Still on scale strike - haven't even peeked at the number for two days. I know I will tomorrow just to see the damage, but just hoping it's not HIGHER. I've weighed 136 since the 11th! I know some of it is the hunger and increased calories, but regardless, the math doesn't pan out. Oh well.

Great job getting back on track. I tend to do the same thing. I keep myself hungry then binge time comes around. Not good. Usually when I start to get in that mode, I just start chugging water and that tends to help me feel full. Good luck with the insanity workouts. By the way what is that? Sounds ummm Insanse.

Okay.....today it hit me.....and YOUR weight not changing......I've SEEN the YouTube video for that work out!!! Are YOU sure you are just NOT looking like MissOlympia Now???? Do you find yourself LIFTING UP the refrigerator to clean it?!?!? Ummmm......what do THEY say?!?!? Muscle weighs more.....and the hungry? I can only imagine to muscle!!!!! Your day with husband sounds so great!!!! Sometimes it's great to kick back with your bff/ man........ I just got done reading.....always happy !!!! And ummm how long was I at GYM with whiiner and chatty Cathy?!?!?! 3 hours!!!!!!! Calories burned???? About 100!!!! OMG.....think I might go back later.....decided TODAY......gym is REALLY a solo thing......unless with husband.....I don't need to talk to him there!!!!! Lol I'll be chatting w u soon!!!! :-)

I just overdid things in a big way and, since I am not allowed to strike, you will see a BIG jump on my chart tomorrow. I hope you have recovered from your headache and that the weigh-in tomorrow isn't too traumatic. Have a good evening redwinelover!

Hi Info! I think I'm going to go to bed so I don't blow it and eat something. Right now I have a very low day calorie wise (for me) and I really need it with all the eating I've done over the last week or so. So you overdid things in a big way... hmmm...I wonder what you had? Or are you guilty as I have been many times...grazing from one food to the next in that quest to find "THE" food that is going to fill that particular hunger? Headache is much better, thank you. I was happy that I worked out in spite of the headache. Are you back into an exercise routine? I have to be honest - I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's workout ONLY in that it's the last one before a day of rest, and then I have "recovery week" :) But I DID peek at that workout and can't really see a big difference between it and all the others I've been doing!
