bad bad I ate too much chocolate tonight but it was so good and I stopped before it was all gone

Good Job! First step is to know when to stop! That chocolate is safe for another day! If you are really struggling with the chocolate, try to eliminate it from the house if you can. Just throw it away. If your family wants chocolate - ask them to hide it somewhere and don't tell you it's in the house. That way, the temptation will not be there. Willpower I am starting to learn is not given, you have to train yourself and it can be an ongoing battle. Good Luck! You may have to get out the big guns! Lol!

thank you and also thank you for keeping me positive lost 2 lbs this morning but not ready to record it yet trying to stick to once a week. hope your weekend rocks, we are going camping and dirt bike riding so I probably wont check in until Monday.
