As of today... I am recording my food intake and exercise. I have a big goal to achieve by my b-day September 7th... that gives me about 2 weeks time, right?! I need to bring my weight down to 133 lbs by my b-day... I will also do my best to consume under 1200 kcal/day. If I can do around 1100 daily it should be good! I will go to gym as usual.

Let's see how committed I really am and if I will achieve my big goal in a short period of time... that's like losing 5 lbs in 2 weeks... possible but with real hard work!

Now I'm gonna browse some "how to" exercise videos to target a few important areas! And let the fun begin... I am excited again and I am looking forward to start NOW... not tomorrow or some other time!
Determination is here again, I am so happy!
